Thank you for taking the time to participate in the Military Mental Health Provider Survey. This survey focuses on mental health services in the military, including organic/embedded mental health (EMH) and military treatment facility (MTF) mental health care. The DOW asked RAND, a non-profit research organization, to conduct this study. You have been invited to participate because you were identified by the DOW as either an EMH provider or MTF mental health provider.
